Learn About Yourself and Practice Responsible Skin Care
All individuals have different constitutions, sensitivities, allergic reactions and possible health conditions.  We recommend that you test your skin and body’s compatibility with all skin care and cosmetic products and suggest that you experiment with various products to determine which positively affect your mood and body.

A Word to Our Clients
Our products are made from all natural and all organic ingredients, ingredients such as essential oils, carrier oils, butters, herbs, flowers, roots, bark, beeswax, seeds, grains, sea salts, hydrosols and alcohols.  We take great pride in choosing companies who conduct their businesses ethically, responsibly and sustainably.  In addition, we believe our products to be replenishing, beneficial and of the highest quality. That being said, we are required to share that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor are they intended to prescribe any course of therapy.  None of the statements in our literature have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and all descriptions on our web or in our literature are for educational purposes only.

Pure does not take responsibility for the misuse of our products.  The information and safety guidelines outlined in our literature have been gathered from industry related sources and are not intended as a complete, conclusive list.

SHOULD EVERYONE USE OUR PRODUCTS?

Babies and Children
Do not use any of our adult products on babies or children.  Although essential oils can be exceptionally beneficial to youngsters, their bodies are more sensitive and they require products in which the essential oil blends have been diluted.  For this reason, we have created a line of skincare products made specifically for children and babies.

Pregnant Women
Pregnant women should use caution with products made with essential oils as their skin and bodies are more sensitive and some oils may cause adverse reactions.  Pregnant women with histories of miscarriage and nursing mothers should not use products made with essential oils at all.

Possible Drug Interactions and Health Concerns
Because there is a paucity of published research on the interactions between pharmaceutical drugs and essential oils, if you are currently taking prescription drugs, we suggest you discuss essential oil use with your healthcare provider and together you can assess any potential risks and benefits.  Those with health care conditions should exercise care with essential oils.
